Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic experience at Bentley Hotel Bosphorus, thanks to its central location and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, especially Fatine who really went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. On the downside, I did face an issue with the front desk regarding a birthday cake ordering, which left a negative impression. Nonetheless, I appreciate the cleanliness and facilities offered at the hotel.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was a highlight, being close to Taksim and various dining options. However, I found the service unfriendly at times, and my room was smaller than expected. I left feeling that the hotel did not fully meet my expectations compared to the price I paid.
My stay at the Bentley Hotel Bosphorus was quite mixed. I found the location to be very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. However, the room I stayed in did not live up to my expectations in terms of cleanliness, and I was disappointed by the bathroom's condition. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, my experience with customer service was overall frustrating, particularly regarding my concerns.
My stay at Bentley Hotel Bosphorus was nice and filled with highlights. The central location provided easy access to both Taksim and Nisantasi, making exploration a breeze. The staff, especially Fatine and Arjen, were attentive and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, but I did find the rainfall shower a little too intense, causing some inconvenience.
My stay at Bentley Hotel Bosphorus had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to major attractions without the noise of the city. However, the service left much to be desired, as I encountered unfriendly staff and some issues in my room. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness, but the experience could have been significantly better.
